Common questions
How do I order custom golf balls?
Choose a ball in the shop, then add your logo, artwork, or text — either on the product page or in our online designer. We prepare a proof for your approval, and production starts once you approve it and payment is complete.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Online orders are sold in packs and multi-pack quantities shown on each product page, so you can order a single pack or a large run. For high-volume corporate or event quantities, contact us for a quote.
Can I print my company or club logo?
Yes, as long as you own the artwork or have permission to use it. Vector SVG or PDF files work best, and a high-resolution transparent PNG also works well.
What is a proof and do I have to approve it?
A proof is a digital preview showing your artwork placed on the ball. We do not print until you approve it. Approval confirms artwork, spelling, layout, quantity, and ball selection.
How long does an order take?
Proof review, production, and carrier transit are three separate stages, and timing starts after proof approval and payment. Estimates depend on current volume and are not guarantees.
Can you meet a specific event date?
Contact us before ordering with your date, quantity, and destination. Rush and date-critical orders are accepted only when we confirm them in writing, and expedited handling may cost more.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
Not exactly. Screens emit light while printers apply ink to a curved, dimpled surface, so we aim for a close, brand-appropriate match rather than an exact one.
Can you print on two sides of the ball?
Multi-location printing is possible on many products. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what the print area supports and how it affects pricing.
Who is responsible for artwork rights?
You are. By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it, including logos, sponsor marks, photos, and licensed images.
How do I book an on-site event?
Send an inquiry through the contact form. An inquiry does not reserve a date — a date is confirmed once you accept the proposal and any specified deposit is received.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Travel costs are quoted in your proposal based on the venue location and schedule.
What do you need at the venue?
Vendor permission, load-in access, a level setup space with a table where needed, reliable power, and Wi-Fi or dependable mobile signal. A covered or indoor backup location is strongly recommended.
Can you ship corporate gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. Contact us with your recipient list, timing, and packing preferences so we can plan the run.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us right away. Changes and cancellations are usually possible before proof approval and production; afterward, custom orders are generally final sale.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email hello@thebogeycompany.com within 7 days with your order number, a description, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review and offer an appropriate remedy.
Are my saved designs available for reorders?
Yes. When you are signed in, designs you create are saved to your account so you can reopen, adjust, and reorder them.
